Indigo Run, ArrowCreek

A recent ArrowCreek build. Single story, 3,995 square feet, four bedrooms and four and a half baths on a 1.09-acre lot in the southwest Reno foothills, finished in 2024. Stucco and stone veneer outside, to ArrowCreek's design guidelines. The lot is sloped, so the site work shows: boulder retaining walls, a long curved paver driveway and a courtyard entry. Inside, the primary bath has a freestanding tub, a glass shower and a double vanity, and the powder room has a floating wood counter with a stone vessel sink. We took it from raw lot through geotech, design review, Washoe County permits and construction. The finished house tested at 3.82 air changes per hour on the blower door.
